Exersice One: Watch the video and decide who said the following:

1. "It's probably in your tummy by now."
 
2. "This is ridiculous. I want to speak with your manager."
 
3. "Did somebody drink half your orange juice too?!!"
 
4. "What's going on here?! You've just lost a customer. Forever."
