A DAY IN LIFE OF TWO SISTERS FROM AFRICA

Mary and Jane walk to school. They leave the house at half past six and
they get to school at seven. At twelve o'clock they have a lunch break.
The school finishes at half past two and the girls walk home. They go
and get water again. They do the washing and clean their small house.
 
Their mother comes home from work at eight o'clock. Mary and Jenny
help their mum make dinner. After dinner, they do their homework.
 
Their life isn't easy, but they have got their mum, food and they
go to school. They are lucky because many children in Zambia haven't
got these things.
