As the boss of PizzaExpress, Ian Eldridge don't have / doesn't have�a lot of free time. Around 7,000 people work / works for his company and it have / has more than 300 restaurants around the world. Ian think / thinks that PizzaExpress is a special company. Jazz musicians often play / plays in its restaurants and its employees are always friendly. But, of course, pizza is the really important thing at PizzaExpress. "You just don't find / doesn't find our kind of pizza in other restaurants," he say / says.
