Hungarian mutton hotpot

(for 8, in the pot)

 Go through the steps and have a delicious Sunday lunch with your friends!

Step 1.     Some ingredients

  Step 4.     Can we make it? 

- based on HORIZON, a magazine published by Malév Hungarian Airlines in Budapest (1998 July-August)  

  Give the correct order of sentences from 1 to 10 so as to get the recipe!

  a. Stir in 1 dl water, 2 teaspoons sllightly hot paprika (red pepper), 4 cloves crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, 
  b. Cook until the potatoes are gender, gently stirring from time to time.
  c. add 1,5 kg of well-trimmed leg of mutton
  d. strips of green pepper and sprigs of parsley.
  e. Then add 1 kg potatoes cut into strips, 2dl full-bodied wine and enough water to cover;
  f. Serve garnished with slices of raw tomatoes
  g. Melt 200g of diced onion on 100g fat,
  h. and fry until brown on all sides.
  i. cover and cook until tender.
  j. season with salt to taste.
