WHERE vs. WERE

WERE = past of be (ex. We were eating, now we are done)
 
WHERE = at, in, or to what place (ex. Where is the school?) 
 
Were is the past tense of the verb be, where is used when talking about a location (reminder here is inside of where).
Using only the words WERE and WHERE complete these sentences.
