A conversation is communication between two people or more.
* Most conversations fall into categories like:
Greeting + Introduction + Situational questions and answers + Pre-closing + Closing.
* Here is an example of a business conversation taken in a hotel between an employee of the reservation department of the hotel (H) and a client (C).
