Now you can easily write the RECIPE.

First, list the INGREDIENTS.

half a litre of fizzy
250 gramms of

Ask your granny / mum / older sister / friend. Do they make pancakes the same way? Correct the portions or change / add ingredients if necessary.

Now write HOW TO MAKE pancakes.

Break an �into a mixing bowl.
Add some �and 1/2 l milk.
Pour 1/2 l sparkling �into the bowl.
Add 250 gr��(wholemeal wheat or oat)
Switch on the blender.
Put the mixture into the fridge for half an hour.

Now you can start frying the pancakes.
Use ONE pan only first!
Oil the pan and heat it.
Pour a big spoonful of the mixture on the hot oil.
When it is easy to move, fry the other side of the pancake. (about a minute and a half)
When ready, put it on a plate. (about half a minute)

If you make pancakes, ask your granny / mum / older sister to help you in the kitchen until you can make it alone.

Good dessert or party dish. People traditionally eat it in Britain before they start a healthy diet to�get ready for Easter.
