HAVE+ Ven is often used with adverbs like: already, never, yet, ever, ...
remember to use the present perfect when you talk about experience:
ex: Have you ever visited Liverpool?
ex: I haven't visited England yet.
ex: he has already worked in a shop.
 
V-ed is often used when the facts are dated:
Last month, I went to Madonna's concert.
John Lennon died in 1981.
he didn't come to my party yesterday
