William Wordsworth - Daffodils (a poem for Easter and for practicing articles and the Past Simple)
This is a famous poem by William Wordsworth. As a daffodil is one of the symbols of Easter you can use it now. It contains the vocabulary concerning nature. Pupils learn and practice the new verbs, train prepositions, Participle I, synonyms, the Past Simple and articles (definite, indefinite and zero). After that they listen to the poem and fill in the gaps. There is also a crossword with the words from the poem. The pupils should guess the hidden word. Happy Easter!
